◉ Except for the basic level artwork, the turnaround time will vary between 4 hours to 12 hours or a day depending on the difficulty and the size of the design.

◉ We do not provide free multiple sizes, I charge for each size separately.

◉ However, if there is an issue with the digitized file, we fix it free of cost.

◉ Please let us know the accurate size, the format of the file according to your embroidery machine, and the material where you want to embroider. If you do not know the name of the material, it will be enough with its characteristics (thin, thick, etc.) and a photo if necessary.

◉ If the logo contains letters, please provide me with the name of the font and the source.

◉ To reduce the delivery time and the cost please send me a high-definition file.
